Fishers Gateway Shops

The Fishers Gateway Shops presented a unique challenge. We needed to create a successful retail center for the developer while satisfying the Fishers Town Center Review Board's goals for the property.

The parcel sits at a major interstate exchange and is also the "gateway" to historic downtown Fishers. We decided to situate the building near the street; tying it into pedestrian traffic flows. Tenants targeted for the building were upscale retail and restaurants whose target clients aligned with demographic characteristics of Fishers residents.
