Concentra

Our plan for the new Concentra facility will create a high profile building along Ameriplex Parkway in the Ameriplex Business Park. The exterior utilizes precast concrete panels which will visually work well with other  industrial buildings in the complex. For a more personal scale and an "office building" feel, the panels will include brick and rough stone embossing.

HVAC efficiency has also been considered. Insulated panels coupled with brushed aluminum sunshades placed at the building corners will keep energy costs low.
