Burford Office Park

Our design for this two-building complex created a transition between existing commercial office buildings across the street and an established residential neighborhood behind the property.

Zoning requirements stipulated the building be placed close to the street with all parking to the side. This enhanced the residential nature of the area, and allowed the buildings to be more prominently featured than the parking lot. The scale of the buildings, roof lines, and landscaping were all instrumental in a pleasing project for Carmel city officials.
