This project included a 15,000 sf office headquarters with an attached warehouse space. The client, designers and distributors of computer room equipment, wanted a progressive Class A look within a tight budget and timeline.

The building features several energy saving features, including: daylight harvesting sensors, motion sensing lighting controls, and high efficiency fluorescent lighting in the warehouse.
