Graybar Electric Supply Company selected the design-build team of Holladay Properties and Curran Architecture to design their new Indianapolis distribution center. The positioning of the building directly adjacent to the I-70 and Ameriplex Parkway interchange provides exceptional visibility for Graybar. The building features 9,500 sf of office space, a 1,200 square foot retail showroom for contractors, and a 57,000 square foot distribution warehouse. It includes 26' clear height and an ESFR system to accommodate their racking system.
