Best Buy elected to construct a new building on Indianapolis' west side rather than try to upgrade their older, smaller store in the area. The new 30,000 SF store has become an important part of the Centre West shopping area's revitalization.

With load-bearing concrete masonry walls, a white roof and skylights, this building uses some of the core principles of sustainable design to achieve a higher performance building than is required by code.

Thoughtful design of interior elements help to highlight the products and provide an inviting atmosphere for customers. This project has been submitted for LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) certification by the United
States Green Building Council.
