Gaylor Electric

Gaylor Electric's Indianapolis regional office combines office and warehouse spaces previously located in separate buildings. The new pre-engineered building includes 19,200 sf of office space and 35,000 sf of warehouse space. In addition, a fenced area at the rear of the property allows for outdoor secure storage of materials and vehicles.

The office portion provides private offices for all of the firm's local staffing, including a large 2,400 sf training room for "Gaylor University," an on-going training program for both office and field staff.
