Allen Pointe Retail Center

While working closely with the developer and anchor tenant, we designed a multi-tenant retail building with high visibility at the intersection of Smith Valley Road, SR 135 and Madison Avenue in Greenwood, Indiana.

Incorporating recognizable Dunkin' Donuts brand elements, including signature coffee brown "monoliths" and orange awnings, allows for easy identification of the store while still tying it into rest of the building.
