Gables of Avon

This retail center project was developed in two phases, the first included 92,000 sf and the second added 22,000.

Our design complements and highlights the anchor tenant Ashley Furniture. The exterior is composed of precast concrete structural walls, with EIFS and synthetic stone veneer design elements. 

We also developed designs for the build-outs of Ashley Furniture and Pet Supplies Plus.
